Raintree Property Owners

Raintree Country Club benefits apply to Raintree Property Owner(s) in good standing with Raintree Country Club and also apply to their legal dependents under 21 years of age. The membership benefits are listed below.

Benefits

• Free Golf – Cart Fees are extra. Play is managed on a tee time basis and must be scheduled with the golf shop.
• Free Pool Access – Available during posted hours. Guests are limited to two per member.
• Free Fitness Center Access – Available during posted hours.
• 10% Discount – on Regularly Priced Food, Beverage, Merchandise Purchases and Banquet Center Rentals.

As a reminder, all lots within Raintree Plantation are required to pay annual membership dues to Raintree Country Club. This requirement and associated benefits are detailed in the “Settlement Agreement” that was fully approved in 2022 and its counterpart, Section 4c of the Raintree Plantation Covenants and Restrictions. For children over 21 that are current Raintree residents, an additional membership with the above benefits may be purchased for them at the same price as the property owner social membership for that current year. Speak to the country club office for more information, proof of Raintree residency required.
